Why does it seem God doesn’t answer my prayers?
You may be dealing with this question in your mind and your heart.
If you ask different individuals, you will get various answers.
Some of the answers you will receive are based on other people’s perspectives and experiences with their faith and God.
Some people have felt like God has let them down by not answering their requests the way they thought it would turn out.
However, are answers strictly should come from the word of God.
There is nothing wrong with seeking Godly counsel.
Proverbs 11:14
14 Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.
We need to seek out Godly Men and Women who will be able to give us sound advice.
Why does it feel like God is not listening to me?
If we believe God is our source, we should accept that what he says in his word is true no matter the outward circumstances more are manifesting.
John 4:24
24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
2nd Corinthians 5:7
(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
We cannot be led by the things that we see in the natural.
Some examples of this are that we’re believing for maybe one of the following.
- Physical Healing
- Financial Problems
- Marriage Problems
- Relationship Problems
- Employment Issues
- Fear
What hinders our prayers from being answered?
There are several things that can hinder believers from receiving what God would have them to have.
I believe there are two things that stand out to me that will block God from working in her life like he wants to.
- Walking in unforgiveness
- Not walking in the love of God
The Bible says the following.
Mark 11:23 – 26
24. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25. And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.
If You Look in verse 23 of Mark, it says that what things we desire, when we pray, if we believe that will receive them, and it says we shall have them or manifest them in our life.
Some people can try to justify why they cannot forgive somebody who has done them wrong.
There is no way that we can justify why we cannot forgive somebody when the word of God tells us that we can.
There is no room for debate or discussion on this when. The Bible tells us what to do and gives us direction on how to do it.
