The Bible has much to say about power in the words that we speak.
It is extremely important that we understand why we need to watch the words that we speak.
They had the ability to change your life in a mighty powerful way.
They can set the course of death and life simply by what we speak and what we say.
The Bible says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
Proverbs 18:20 – 21
20: A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.
21: Death and life are in the power of the time: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

If a farmer plants corn, what should the farmer expect to have as a harvest?
He’s going to expect a harvest of corn.
One of the things he can do though is be inpatient and go out there in a week or so after he planted and start the harvest.
Just like us, we have to be patient. We have to be careful of the words that we speak.
If you and I today are saying things that are contrary to the word of God we need to start changing our confession and speak the promises of God.
If you’re sick speak to your body
you can say tumor be gone
heart be healed
blood vessels flow properly
headache go away you have no authority
I know all of this sounds very strange, however if we want to get well we must speak God’s word today.
